Ukraine Men Return
A number of Ukraine natives who have lived and worked in the Timoleague area have returned to their native land to join in the struggle to defend their country in its hour of need. Others are working tirelessly to organise the safe evacuation of their family members from the war- torn country. How true is the saying that history repeats itself. 100 years ago, young men, unused to firearms and warfare joined in the struggle for freedom in Ireland. The young men of Ukraine, no matter where they are in the world, are no different. They are to be admired as they carry out their patriotic duty and they carry the support of all Irish people in this bloody conflict.
