Argideen Rangers suffered a home football league defeat to Aghinagh on a scoreline of 3-15 to 0-7 last Sunday morning. The less said about this disappointing performance the better. On Friday night last, the Junior C footballers had a competitive outing at home to Ballinascarthy before losing on a scoreline of 2-08 to 2-04. The good news for the players is that they will have another home match next weekend to rectify matters. Castlemartyr will be the opposition for the Red FM Division 5 hurling league match on Sat 27th. Throw-in is at 4pm and the club is asking supporters to come out and support the team at Lady's Well for their penultimate home league match.
