Junior Football Championship

Argideen Rangers' Junior A footballers will begin their 2023 championship campaign on Saturday July 29th with a game against Kilmacabea. It is a tough opening game as the Leap based team comfortably won the last two championship games between the sides in 2014 and 2015. The same championship format applies this year, with a group of round robin games. Bandon and Kilmeen are the remaining group opponents in games to be played over the coming weeks.

Throw-in against Kilmacabea is at 7:30pm in Rosscarbery and your support is always greatly appreciated.

Fixtures at Timoleague

On Saturday afternoon next, July 29th there is a very attractive football fixture down for decision at Timoleague. St. James of Ardfieldare playing Kinsale in the opening round of The Bon Secours sponsored premier junior football championship. Throw in is at 3pm.

On Sunday night, July 30th. Newcestown and Kilbrittain meet at Timoleague in the first round of the West Cork Junior “A” football championship. Throw in for this game is at 7.30pm.
