Fit Up Theatre

The hugely popular Fit Up Theatre Festival makes a welcome return to Timoleague once again. It will stage two productions at Timoleague Community Hall, beginning on Thursday night, July 27^th.  with The Ballad of Mossy Flood and on the following Thursday August 3 rd. Sean Moylan -Irish Revolutionary will be on the bill. Both productions will begin at 8pm and tickets can be purchased at the door. Patrons are asked to be seated before 8pm.

Festival of 1973

There has been a fantastic reaction to the programme of events of the first Timoleague Harvest Festival held in 1973. A good number of photographs have surfaced and looking at them is like a trip down memory lane for many of a certain vintage. It is also after captivating the interest of the younger generation and given them glimpses of how their parents, neighbours and friends were well able to enjoy themselves back in the day. Keep searching for more photographic evidence so that a historic record of the social life of our beloved monastic village can be preserved and enjoyed into the future.
