Sports Capital Funding
Many local sports clubs and community organisations were delighted last week with the announcement of very generous grant funding to help with enhancing facilities for the benefit of all. Argideen Rangers GAA club was granted €132,885 and Timoleague Community Association was awarded €47,755. Both organisations will no doubt use this very welcomed funding to further develop the already magnificent facilities that they provide for the people of the locality. The officers of both organisations are to be congratulated on their thorough professional application submission for this funding.
