Discover the Power of Purpose:
This talk will be given by Life and Business Coach, Ber Brown at The Timoleague Educational Garden Cabin on this Thursday, February 27th beginning at 7.30pm. The talk will explore why having a strong sense of purpose improves well-being, reduces stress and even enhances longevity. A cover charge of €5 will be taken at the door.

Bingo Fundraiser:
Clogagh National School will hold a bingo fundraiser at Ballinascarthy Hall on Sunday,
March 2nd. at 3pm. There will be a jackpot of €100 and numerous raffle prizes will be on offer.All are welcome. Refreshments will also be served.
World Day of Prayer:
A World Day of Prayer will be held at St. Moluada’s Church, Clogagh on Friday, March 7th. at 8pm. World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenicalmovement inviting you to join in prayer and action for peace.
In March each year over 170 countries join together in a common Day of Prayer so that people worldwide can come closer in fellowship, understanding and action. An open invitation is extended to all to attend.
Ibane Minors Medal Presentation:
Readers will be aware that Ibane Minor Hurlers won the County Championship in November of last year.They also won the league title and the footballers won the Challenge Cup. An achievement such as that should be suitably celebrated and the medal ceremony will take place at Pad Joe’s, Timoleague on Friday next, February 28th beginning at 8.30pm. Ibane stalwart, Liam Murphy of Courtmacsherry who is a founding member of the Ibane Gaels club will do the honours. Refreshments will be served and all are welcome.
Charity Bingo at Timoleague:
A charity bingo afternoon is being organised by Gerard Madden in Timoleague Community Hall on Sunday March 16th at 3pm. The money raised will be donated to Pieta House and Medjugorje Charities. All support would be greatly appreciated.
