Argideen Rangers played Cloyne in their second round league fixture last Saturday afternoon in Cloyne. On an excellent surface in cold conditions, some well taken scores from play from Seán Walsh and John Michael O' Callaghan were highlights of the first half as Cloyne led on a  score of 1-11 to 0-5. Second half highlights included some fine scores from play from the sticks of Paudie Butler, Andrew Guinivan and Fergal Walsh. The men from East Cork reversed last year's league result and ran out winners on a score of 2-19 to 0-11. Team; Colin Smith, Joe Crowley, Joe Murphy, Bill Fleming, Cathal O' Donovan, Matthew Lawton, Darragh O' Donovan, Fergal Walsh, Darragh Holland, Andrew Guinivan, John Michael O' Callaghan, Sean Maxwell, James Crowley, Paudie Butler and Sean Walsh. Subs used; Adam Barry and Donal Sutton. Next up is a football league match away to Ballygarvan on Sunday March 30th at 11.30am.
