Ibane Minor championship

The Ibane Gaels minor hurlers had a 4-15 to 2-09  win over Valley Rovers in the P2 championship last Wednesday in Timoleague. In what was a "proper" championship match with high standards, some notable performances came from Conrad and Luke Murphy, Kevin Hennessey, Callum and Jamie Collins and (before they both departed injured) Donagh Flynn and Mike Collins.  The players switch codes next, with a football championship opener against St. Nick's in Barryroe at 7.30pm on Wednesday 23rd.
