Community notes October 25th
October 28, 2025
The Road to Croker
All roads lead to Croke Park on Friday next, October 25th. While the presidential election will be on most people’s minds on Friday, members of tidy towns groups from all four provinces will converge on Croke Park for the announcement of the 2025 National Tidy Towns Awards. Three members of Timoleague Tidy Towns will depart the village for the capital with high hopes of securing an award. Last year Timoleague won a gold medal and fingers crossed that the village will again be recognised for its great community effort throughout the past year.
