Hurling league

Argideen Rangers began their 2026 hurling league away to Balinascarthy on Sunday morning last. Some well taken scores by Charlie Twoomey, James Crowley and Sean Murray were a feature of a wind assisted first half. The home side dominated the third quarter to lead by 3 points with Argideen's shooting not up to scratch. A late free, quickly taken by John Michael O’Callaghan, led to a deflected shot by Charlie Twoomey which ended up in the net with help from Danny Lawton.
