Argideen Rangers suffered their first defeat of the hurling league last Saturday with Diarmuid O' Mathúnas recording a 1.15 to 1.13 win. Good performances from Charlie Dinneen, Sean Murray, Charlie Twomey and John Michael O' Callaghan were not enough in a game where the concession of too many frees cost the home side. Team: Philip Flynn, Charlie Dinneen, Bill Fleming, Darragh O' Donovan, Sean Murray, Fergal Walsh, Sean Henchion, Matthew Lawton, Kevin Hennessy, Finbarr Butler, Sean Walsh, Charlie Twomey, John Michael O' Callaghan, Eoin Lawton and James Crowley. Subs used; John Sheehan, Cathal O' Donovan, Danny Lawton and Darragh Hennessy.
