The U15 hurlers continue their league programme on Thursday 20th with Ibane Gaels facing Eire Og at 6.30pm in Barryroe. On the same night, the ever-competitive U18 Hurling Championship continues with Ibane Gaels playing Eire Og at 8pm in Barryroe. Friday 21st sees the U14 Hurlers face Clonakilty, at 7pm in Clonakilty, in a championship fixture.

On Sunday 23rd, round 2 of the Premier JHC takes place at 2pm in Clonakilty with Argideen Rangers facing Barryroe. A reminder that tickets will have to be pre purchased online via the Cork County Board website. It has been a while since these near neighbours met, 2014 to be exact, with Argideen victorious in Clonakilty. On the scoresheet that day for Timoleague included John Michael O' Callaghan, John Sheehan, Paudie Butler and Joe Murphy and they will be looking for a repeat performance on Sunday. All support will be greatly appreciated by the players and management. 

GAA Lottery Draw:

 There was no winner of the Argideen Rangers GAA lottery jackpot of €15,300 last weekend. The numbers drawn were 8, 15, 27, and 31. Lucky dip winners of €30 each included; Marian O Callaghan, Timoleague;Daniel Hurley, Ahamonister;John Crowley, Gurranes &Michael Coleman, Cregane.

Next week’s draw with a jackpot of €15,400 will be held at Monk's Lane on Sunday August 23rd. Tickets at €2 each or 3 for €5 can be bought at Foley’s Centra, Pad Joe’s Bar, Monk’s Lane, Charlie Madden’s Bar, The Brewery Bar or from any club officer. Supporters of the draw are also asked to avail of modern technology by using the club’s online link by visiting www.clubspot.ie where one can avail of the user-friendly website.
